CaughtDaMoment
CaughtDaMoment started two years ago from a simple place: a genuine desire to purposefully serve couples through wedding videography — to capture their day the way it actually felt, not just the way it looked.
Every film we make starts from that same place — the nerves before the ceremony, the speeches that made the whole room laugh and cry, the last song of the night. Wedding films shouldn't just document a day, they should let you feel it again.
We shoot every wedding like it's the only one that matters, because on that day, it is. Cinematic, unobtrusive, and built to hold up in your living room for the next fifty years.

Secure Your Date
Sign your agreement and place a non-refundable deposit to lock in your date. The balance is due on or before the wedding day.

We film unobtrusively from getting ready to the last dance, working alongside your photographer and planner.

Your edited films arrive online in 1–6 weeks depending on your package, with revision rounds included.

How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Peak season dates (May–October) are usually the first to go, and your date is only held once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
Do you film weddings outside Ottawa, Montreal & Quebec?
Yes — we're available to travel for your celebration. Tell us where you're getting married in your inquiry and we'll include any travel details with your quote.
Do you work in French and English?
Absolutely. Our team works comfortably in both languages, and our Guest Interviews add-on is available in English & French.
How will we receive our films?
Everything is delivered online as high-quality digital files you keep forever — 1–2 weeks for Platinum, 2–3 weeks for Gold, 3–4 weeks for Silver and 4–6 weeks for Bronze.
Can we get the raw, unedited footage?
Yes. Full unedited footage can be delivered via Dropbox — just mention it when you inquire and we'll include it in your agreement.
Can we request changes to our film?
Yes. Every package includes revision rounds — from 1 on Bronze up to 4 on Platinum — so your film feels exactly right.
Is drone footage guaranteed?
Drone coverage is included with Gold & Platinum and depends on weather and the venue's flight rules. We'll always let you know on the day if conditions don't allow it.
What do you need from us on the day?
Just two short breaks (30–45 minutes) for our team during the day and a meal alongside your guests. Sharing your timeline ahead of time helps us make sure nothing is missed.
